Adding/Removing Devices & Sensors

You can pair Everysight Raptor with the Raptor controller and additional BLE and/or ANT+ enabled sensors, like a heart rate monitor, power meter, and speed/cadence sensors, to give you deeper insight into your rides.

Adding Devices & Sensors

Adding Devices & Sensors

1. On your Raptor smartglasses main menu, navigate by swiping the touchpad to Settings. Tap to select.

2. Once in the Settings menu, navigate to Sensors and Devices. Tap to select.

3. Once in the Sensors and Devices menu, navigate to the device or sensor you want to connect. Tap the device or sensor type to begin a scan.

4.  Swipe until you see your device. Bluetooth will be represented by a name, ANT+ will be represented by a number only. Tap on the desired sensor to pair it with your Raptor.

a. Please note that connecting 3 or more ANT+ Sensors may result in disconnections. When possible, please try and use Bluetooth configuration.

5. Once connected, you will be returned to the Sensors and Devices menu and the device or sensor you are connected with will be highlighted in green.

6. In order to see the sensor's data displayed on your Raptor, be sure to set up your screen layout(s) via the Everysight app or go.everysight.com by following this procedure 25.jpg

Raptor didn't automatically connect to sensors at the beginning of the ride?

  • Ensure that your Sensors are configured by performing a long press on the touchpad.
    • Configured sensors appear in green fading in and out while searching for the sensor.
    • Configured and paired sensors appear green with a checkmark.
    • Unconfigured sensors appear orange. (See above procedure to pair sensors)

  • Raptor contains logic to ensure that there is no unnecessary strain on your battery. Raptor will now cease to search for configured sensors that did not connect when starting the ride after a short period of time. This prevents your Raptor from continuously scanning for a sensor that may not exist. You can always easily attempt to reconnect the sensors by swiping down and selecting the connect sensors option.
    • To attempt to reconnect, simply swipe down and select 'Connect Sensors'

How do I know Raptor has disconnected from my sensors when I'm done riding?

  • Raptor will automatically disconnect a paired sensor when Raptor is no longer in a ride mode and while not being worn. This feature means you can rest assured that your Raptor is not remaining connected to your sensors if you set them down within the vicinity of your bike or other sensors.
