What you need to know
- The App connects to your glasses over Bluetooth — keep your glasses powered on, Bluetooth enabled, the App installed and running, and your phone within range. (Glasses connect to one phone at a time.)
- Your chosen metrics appear heads-up, so you check less and stay focused on your activity.
Using it for cycling
- Start a cycling activity and your ride metrics appear in view — no glancing down at a bike computer or phone.
Using it for running
- Start a running activity to keep your pace, distance, and more in sight while you hold your form and flow.
