Once you’re set up, here’s how to use Maverick Sport day to day — turning it on, the controls, and the indicators.
Everyday basics
- Maverick Sport shows hands-free, glanceable information in your line of sight while staying light and comfortable.
- It works with the Everysight Sport Apps — keep your phone connected and nearby for the glasses to show information. (Maverick Sport isn’t a standalone device; it pairs with your phone.)
Turning your glasses on and off
- On: press and hold the power button on the frame for about 2 seconds, then release. If they don’t power on, they may need charging.
- Off: press and hold the power button for about 7 seconds, until the shutdown icon appears. Powering off conserves battery.
Touch controls
- Touch-sensitive controls are built into the right temple of the frame, so you can interact without your phone.
- Gestures: tap, long tap, swipe forward, swipe backward — used to adjust brightness, move between screens, and trigger app actions.
- Exact behavior depends on the active app; some apps include a built-in touch tutorial.
- Controls not responding? Make sure the glasses are on and your finger is contacting the touch area.
LED and display indicators
- Visual indicators show power and charging status (charging, connected, and low battery).
- If the display turns off unexpectedly, the battery may be low or the power button may have been pressed.
- If an indicator seems off: charge fully, restart the glasses, and check the Bluetooth connection in the app.
