    • Do I pay at the time of ordering or when Raptor is shipped/When does Everysight process my payment?

    • Payment for Raptor is taken at the time of purchase.

    • Which methods of payment do you accept?

    • We accept Visa, MasterCard or Maestro

    • Does Everysight store my billing information?

    • We don't store any of your credit information. The information is stored by the payment gateway supplier, which implements the highest PCI data security standards. You can be confident that your personal information is secure and will not be used for anything other than your order.

    • Can I make payments spread out over time or with multiple Credit Cards?

    • No, payments must be made in full at the time of purchase and can only be made using one credit card.

    • Can I pay COD?

    • No, payment is made with a credit card at the time of purchase.

    • My order isn’t going through. What should I do?

    • You can feel free to contact us at any point at support@everysight.com and we will reach back out to you within the next 1-2 business days.

    • After I order, when will I receive my Raptor?

    • An estimated delivery date is given to you prior to purchasing Raptor and you will receive a confirmation e-mail that also indicates the final expected delivery date.

    • What is the Return Policy?

    • You can return your unopened Raptor within 14 days of receiving your device. Please contact support@everysight.com to perform a return. The full return policy can be found, here.

       

    • I forgot to add an accessory, can I add additional items after my initial order?

    • Absolutely! Just contact us via the live chat on our website or by e-mailing us at support@everysight.com and we will be happy to help you to complete your order.

    • Do you ship internationally?

    • Of course! We are currently shipping Raptor to the US, Canada and Europe. We are continuing to work to add other parts of the world to bring Raptor to as many people as possible!!

    • What shipping methods are available?

    • The only shipping available is the standard shipping. The price for shipping is included at the time of checkout.
