- Raptor has been tested across a wide range of facial structures and head sizes and truly fits the majority of people. If, for some reason, you find that Raptor simply doesn’t work for you, we offer a return policy that can be found here.

How do I know if Raptor will work with my specific helmet?
Raptor works with most helmets and truly has to be checked on a case-by-case basis. Users may find difficulty using Full faced helmets and certain Mountain Bike Helmets if they don’t allow enough space for Raptor’s temples.

What is the weight compared to other sunglasses?
Raptor weighs less than 3.5 ounces (98 grams) and is incredibly light considering all of the technology packed inside! More importantly, Raptor’s design is geared towards comfort. Despite the weight, Raptor is incredibly well balanced, enabling you to ride while barely noticing its presence.

What is the difference between the 16GB and 32GB Raptors?
The main difference between the two memory sizes is truly the amount of music, pictures or videos that you can store on Raptor. However, at the end of every ride, you will likely want to take the pictures or videos off of Raptor and you can view them easily through the Everysight companion app. By transferring the media off your Raptor, you free the memory back up and are able to take more pictures or videos. And because the transfer is performed wirelessly and through the app, you can easily transfer and share while you are on the go!

Does this work with Rear Radar or Electronic Shifting Gears?
At this time, Raptor is not compatible with Rear Radar or Electronic Shifting drive-trains, though we are always working to add new features and enhance the usability of Raptor, so you can expect updates from us in the future. Stay tuned!
