  • Why do my pictures get cut off?

  • All camera settings can be found under the settings menu of the Everysight App. You can adjust the camera to crop for either the Road position or the Off-Road position depending on your riding position

• How do I adjust the quality of my pictures or video?

• All camera settings can be found under the settings menu of the Everysight App. We recommend shooting videos in social mode in order to easily transfer the media wirelessly via the App as well as to keep your ride metrics displayed over the video. For a full set of instructions, click here.

• Why can’t I see my ride data on my videos?

• Videos that are shot in HD do not automatically overlay the ride metrics. In order to reapply the metrics to your ride, simply use our free annotation tool. The full instructions can be found, here.
