Re-pairing Raptor

If you just received a replacement Raptor due to warranty issues or have purchased a new Raptor device, you will need to go through the initial pairing process again to be able to use the new Raptor. In order to configure a new Raptor device, please follow the below steps.

If you want to remove the pairing from your Raptor to your phone in order to pair Raptor to a new device, click here to remove the current phone pairing.

iPhone

iPhone users will be required to follow these instructions to get back to the initial pairing process for the replacement device:

1) Go into settings on your iPhone and then into bluetooth
2) Delete any pairings you have with the Everysight Raptor (Everysight_XXX)
3) Go into the Everysight App (Make sure your Raptor is powered on)
4) Tap on more at the bottom left hand corner of the app and then tap on settings
5) At the bottom is an option to ‘Pair New Raptor. This will take you back through the initial setup process.

Android

Android users will be required to follow these instructions to get back to the initial pairing process for the replacement device:

1) Power on your Raptor
2) Enter the Everysight App on your phone
3) Tap the 'More' button on the bottom left hand corner of the app
4) Tap on Settings
5) Under the connectivity tab, tap 'To pair new Raptor, Click here.' This will take you back through the initial setup process.
