Trouble signing in or managing your account? Here is what applies today.
What you need to know
- Right now, the account you have is your Everysight online store account at everysight.com, used for orders. It is a standard store account, so you can sign in, update your details, and reset your password there.
- A single Everysight identity that links your store account, the Maverick app, and your glasses is part of glasses setup and is not available yet. We will share setup details as we get closer to shipping.
- If you backed on Kickstarter, your product selections live in your Backer Survey, not in a store account.
What you can do next
- Need to reset your store password? Use the "forgot password" option at sign-in on everysight.com.
- Cannot access the email on your order, or something looks wrong? Contact us and we will help.
