Wondering when your refund will land — or how to get one in the first place? Here’s how refunds work.
What you need to know
- Refunds usually follow an approved return or a resolved order issue (like a wrong or damaged item). To start one, see “Returns and exchanges for online orders.”
- Once a refund is approved and issued, it goes back to your original payment method.
- After we issue it, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
What you can do next
- Need to start a return or exchange first? See Returns and exchanges for online orders.
- Already approved and waiting? Check your statement and with your bank first.
- Still don’t see it? Contact us with the email used and your order number and we’ll confirm the status.
How long a refund takes
- Once your refund is marked in our system, the initial processing can take up to 2 business days on our side.
- After that, your card issuer or bank can take up to 10 business days to return the funds to your account.
- Please check your order status and your bank statement after about a week. If it still shows as in process or refund pending, contact us with the email you used and your order number and we will look into it further.
