- Contact us with your order number and checkout email, and let us know whether you’d like a return or an exchange.
- Keep your glasses and packaging safe in the meantime.
How long a refund takes
- Once your refund is marked in our system, the initial processing can take up to 2 business days on our side.
- After that, your card issuer or bank can take up to 10 business days to return the funds to your account.
- Please check your order status and your bank statement after about a week. If it still shows as in process or refund pending, contact us with the email you used and your order number and we will look into it further.
