Here is how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for Maverick AI and AI Pro orders placed through Kickstarter.
What you need to know
- Before your order ships: the easiest changes happen in your Backer Survey. To cancel for a refund, contact store@everysight.com (see “Changing or canceling your Kickstarter order”).
- After your glasses arrive: if something is not right, contact us and we will guide you through the steps and confirm what applies to your order. Keep your glasses and packaging safe in the meantime.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once a refund is marked in our system, the initial processing can take up to 2 business days on our side, and then your card issuer or bank can take up to 10 business days to return the funds. If it still shows as pending after about a week, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
- Defects and warranty: a manufacturing defect is covered by your warranty, which is separate from a change-of-mind return. See the Warranty articles.
- Prescription lenses are made to your order, so contact us before returning them and we will confirm what is possible for Rx items.
