Need to change a selection or cancel your Kickstarter order? Reach out as soon as you can and we will do everything we can to help.
What you need to know
- Your product selections (frame color and size, lenses, add-ons) are confirmed in your Backer Survey. The fastest way to set or change them is in the survey itself, before you submit.
- Already submitted your survey? Email store@everysight.com with your backer or order number and the email you used, and tell us what to change. Orders move quickly once processing begins, so the sooner you reach us the more we can do.
- To cancel: email store@everysight.com and we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email. If your Backer Survey is still open, you can also decline or cancel there.
- If your order has already shipped, we will help you with a return or exchange instead.
- Refunds for canceled orders are handled by our team; see “Payments, VIP deposits, and refunds.”

- Contact us right away with your backer or order number and checkout email, and tell us what you would like to change.
When to contact us
For help with an order, email store@everysight.com or use our contact form at support.everysight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and choose Order Support as the Inquiry Type. Please include your order number and the email you used at checkout.
