Completed your Backer Survey but not seeing your VIP discount in the cart? Here is how the discount applies, and how to fix it.
How the discount applies at checkout
When you complete your Backer Survey, your item is sent to your cart on our Shopify store. Your VIP discount applies automatically, as long as you are logged in with the same email you used to back on Kickstarter.
- The amount you paid on Kickstarter shows up as a Store Credit in your account. At checkout, check the box to apply it, and make sure you are logged in with the email you backed with so the credit appears.
- If you are logged in with a different email, the discount cannot be applied. Log out, then log back in using the email you backed with, and the discount will apply in your cart.
- If you no longer have access to that email, contact us and we will help.
