Questions about a payment, a receipt, or how you were charged? We’re glad to help sort it out.
What you need to know
- You’ll receive a receipt by email when your payment is processed.
- If a charge looks unexpected — for example a duplicate — we can review it and put things right.
- For your security, please never share full card numbers with us; we’ll only ever need the email used and the amount/date.
What you can do next
- Check your inbox for your receipt or payment confirmation.
- Need a copy, or spotted something off? Contact us with the email used and the date and amount, and we’ll help.
How long a refund takes
- Once your refund is marked in our system, the initial processing can take up to 2 business days on our side.
- After that, your card issuer or bank can take up to 10 business days to return the funds to your account.
- Please check your order status and your bank statement after about a week. If it still shows as in process or refund pending, contact us with the email you used and your order number and we will look into it further.
