Need a replacement part? Here’s how it works.
What you need to know
- Damaged or defective parts: if a part arrived damaged or fails under your 12-month warranty, we’ll replace it — just reach out and we’ll make it right.
- Lost parts or spares: if you’ve lost a part or simply want an extra, you can purchase replacements — nose pads, lenses, charging cable, case, and more — from the accessories section on the Everysight website.
- For Maverick AI / AI Pro, accessory and replacement-part options will be available on the website after launch.
What you can do next
- Damaged or defective: contact us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
- Lost or want spares: head to the accessories section on the Everysight website to purchase.
