What you need to know
- Both Maverick Sport and Maverick AI / AI Pro include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from your date of purchase.
- Typically covered (defects under normal use): the glasses not powering on, display faults not caused by impact, charging issues related to the hardware, and internal component failures.
- Typically not covered: accidental damage, drops or impact, liquid damage beyond normal everyday exposure, and damage from improper use or incompatible accessories.
- Every claim is reviewed individually — if you’re not sure where your situation falls, just ask and we’ll take a look.
