Update — your Backer Survey is live: The Kickstarter Backer Survey has gone out, and everyone should have received it by email. If you haven’t received yours, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Curious where you fall in line? Here’s how we generally approach the order of fulfillment.
What you need to know
- Fulfillment is based on a combination of your backer number and whether you placed a VIP pre-launch deposit.
- Shipping rolls out in batches once production begins, so backers are fulfilled over a period rather than all at once.
- We’ll keep the community updated through Kickstarter Updates as batches ship.
What you can do next
- Complete your Backer Survey promptly when it arrives so your order is ready to fulfill.
- Watch the Updates tab for batch announcements.

For help with an order, email kickstarter@everysight.com or use our contact form at support.everysight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and choose Order Support as the Inquiry Type. Please include your order number and the email you used at checkout.
