Most “I haven’t received my survey” cases come down to a few causes you can fix quickly.
What you need to know
- Surveys go out in batches over several days; we expect all backers to have theirs by June 19, 2026. If others got theirs first, yours is on the way.
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Did you use Apple “Hide My Email” (or another private or relay email) when you joined Kickstarter? If so, Kickstarter can email you, but messages from our different domain may be blocked, so the survey may not reach you. The fix: send us a regular, reachable email address and we will match it on our end and resend your survey.
- Make sure the email on your Kickstarter account is current.
What you can do next
- Still nothing after checking the above? Contact us with the name on your pledge, your backer number, and a reachable email, and we will resend the survey. Please allow a couple of days.
