What you need to know
- Before your Backer Survey: pledge and deposit refunds are handled through Kickstarter (your Kickstarter account / Kickstarter support), since the payment is held there.
- After your Backer Survey: your order is with Everysight, and our team can handle refunds for you directly.
- Refund timing and eligibility depend on the payment type and where it was processed.
What you can do next
- Pre-survey: request through your Kickstarter account or Kickstarter support.
- Post-survey: contact us with the email used, the amount/date, and your backer or order number.
