While the campaign is running on Kickstarter, your pledge and payments are managed through Kickstarter — including your VIP deposit and discount, duplicate charges, and your payment card. Here’s how each works, and when our team takes over.
What you need to know
- Before your Backer Survey: pledge payments live in Kickstarter’s pledge manager (your Kickstarter account) — that’s where charges, card details, and payment fixes are handled. Everysight can’t change them directly yet.
- After your Backer Survey: your order moves into Everysight’s system, and our team can help you directly.
VIP pre-launch deposit & discount
- Your VIP deposit makes you eligible for a discount code toward your pledge/pre-order, applied when you complete your order through the official link we send.
- Didn’t get your VIP confirmation or discount link? Check the email tied to your deposit (including spam), then reach out if it’s still missing.
Charged twice or wrong amount
- Duplicate or incorrect charges on a pledge are handled in your Kickstarter account (Manage pledge) or via Kickstarter support.
- If anything’s still off after your Backer Survey, contact us with the email used and the amounts and we’ll help.
Update your payment card
- Update the card on your pledge in your Kickstarter account settings. If a payment failed, fixing it there keeps your pledge in good standing.
