Update — your Backer Survey is live: The Kickstarter Backer Survey has gone out, and everyone should have received it by email. If you haven’t received yours, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Questions about a payment, your VIP deposit and discount, or a refund? Now that Backer Surveys have gone out, your order is moving into Everysight’s system — here’s how each works and how to reach us.
Payments and charges
- Now that Backer Surveys have gone out, your order moves into Everysight’s system — our team handles charges, receipts, and payment questions directly at kickstarter@everysight.com.
- You’ll receive a receipt by email when a payment is processed. For your security, please never share full card numbers — we’ll only ever need the email used and the amount/date.
VIP pre-launch deposit & discount
- Your VIP deposit makes you eligible for a discount code toward your pledge/pre-order, applied when you complete your order through the official link we send.
- Didn’t get your VIP confirmation or discount link? Check the email tied to your deposit (including spam), then reach out if it’s still missing.
Charged twice or wrong amount
- Spotted a duplicate or incorrect charge? Email kickstarter@everysight.com with the email used and the amount/date, and we’ll review it and put things right.
- If anything’s still off after your Backer Survey, contact us with the email used and the amounts and we’ll help.
Update your payment card
- Need to update your payment details? Contact us at kickstarter@everysight.com and we’ll help you sort it out.
Refunds on pledges and VIP deposits
- Pledge and VIP deposit refunds are handled directly by Everysight. Now that Backer Surveys have gone out, your order is in our system — just email kickstarter@everysight.com with your details.
- How to request one: email kickstarter@everysight.com with your pledge or order number and the email you used. Include the amount/date and your backer or order number so we can confirm the status quickly.
- Refund timing and eligibility depend on the payment type and where it was processed. After we issue a refund, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
How long a refund takes
- Once your refund is marked in our system, the initial processing can take up to 2 business days on our side.
- After that, your card issuer or bank can take up to 10 business days to return the funds to your account.
- Please check your order status and your bank statement after about a week. If it still shows as in process or refund pending, contact us with the email you used and your order number and we will look into it further.
