Wondering why your prescription is not selectable yet, or when the range will grow? Here is the honest picture.
What you need to know
- This is a technical and manufacturing challenge, not a business decision. The prescription, lens geometry, and display projection all have to work together as one optical system while keeping the image clear and the fit reliable.
- Expanding the single-vision range, especially higher astigmatism, is about keeping the optics stable and repeatable across every combination. Progressives are harder, because the prescription changes across zones of the lens and the display has to stay aligned through all of them.
- We are working on this with tier-one optical and lens partners, expanding support step by step and validating each one before we commit to it.
- We do not have confirmed timing for expanded support yet. We will share updates as ranges are validated.
