What you need to know
- Confirmation emails go to the email address used at checkout (or your Kickstarter account email for pledges).
- They sometimes land in spam, promotions, or updates folders, or get caught by a work-email filter.
What you can do next
- Search your inbox for “Everysight,” “order confirmed,” or “receipt,” and check spam/promotions.
- Double-check you didn’t use a different email (a PayPal or Kickstarter address, for example).
- Still nothing? Contact us with the name and email you used and we’ll confirm your order and resend it.
