Can’t wait for your Everysight glasses to arrive? We don’t blame you — here’s how to see exactly where your order is and how to track it.
What you need to know
- Order status (right away): your confirmation includes a “Track with Shop” option. The Shop app shows your status — confirmed, preparing, shipped.
- Carrier tracking (once shipped): when your order ships we add a tracking number. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link, and the same tracking appears in the Shop app.
- So early on you’ll see status; the actual tracking number appears once it ships — usually within a day or two.
What you can do next
- For live status, open Track with Shop / the Shop app, or check your order confirmation.
- Once it ships, tap the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow the carrier.
- Still not sure, or tracking looks stuck? Send us your order number and checkout email and we’ll chase it down.
