What you need to know
- Once an order ships, the Shop app and your tracking link have the most current status. Carriers sometimes pause scans between facilities, so a quiet day or two usually isn’t a problem.
- Occasionally, high demand or supply timing can stretch how long an order takes to ship. If that affects your order, we’ll keep you posted as it moves toward fulfillment.
What you can do next
- Check Track with Shop / your tracking link for the latest carrier update.
- If tracking hasn’t moved in several business days, send us your order number and checkout email and we’ll dig into it with the carrier.
