Tracking says "delivered" but nothing's in hand? Don't worry — this usually sorts itself out quickly. Here's what to check.
What you need to know
- Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered shortly before the final handoff, so it may still arrive within a day.
- Packages are often tucked in a less obvious spot, or left with a neighbor, building manager, or front desk.

- Have a look around your delivery location and check with anyone who might have grabbed it for you.
- Look for a separate carrier notice with delivery details or a photo.
